Zayn Malik cancels Dubai show due to 'extreme anxiety'

Zayn Malik has pulled another live show due to anxiety.

The singer will no longer be performing at the Autism Rocks Arena in Dubai on October 7.

In statement issued on Tuesday (September 6), the Brit said he still suffers "extreme anxiety" about performing solo material live.

However, he added that he is progressing and getting better.

Malik said: "I have been working over the last three months to overcome my extreme anxiety around major live solo performances I feel I am making progress but I have today acknowledged that I do not feel sufficiently confident to move forward with the planned show in Dubai in October."

The former One Direction man also cancelled a show at London's Capital FM Summertime Ball in June at the last minute due to anxiety.
