Adele jokes about having a beard and calling it 'Larry'

As we've been reporting, Adele has been touring the UK, Ireland and Scotland recently.

The superstar has been playing to sold-out arenas and not only entertaining her audiences with her emotive vocals and sensational voice, but also her contagious sense of humour which we've all begun to love her for.

Speaking at her Glasgow concert, Adele joked that she has a beard and calls it 'Larry.'

"I'm proud of it. I only cut it last night. It's true, honestly." She continued: "There are a lot of good beards here. My man's got a good beard and trims it sometimes in summer. It really annoys me - but I do have a beard myself. I understand when it gets hot.

"When I got pregnant I had so much testosterone in me that I grew a beard. It's not a joke. I actually do have a beard"

She also admitted that she has hairy legs, confessing: "If anyone gets a glimpse of my really hairy legs, I'm sorry, but I've got a weekend off, so no need to shave my legs."

Adele played Glasgow's The SSE Hydro on March 25 and 26.

The playful star also managed to spend a bit of time shopping at Glasgow's Fort retail and leisure park, paying visits to H&M, Asda Living and Smyths toy shop.

Smyths store boss Michael Norris said: “I heard she was in. We had a big store party with sales and Easter egg hunts so she managed to slip in without anyone seeing.”

Adele dropped into the Office store and bought trainers for herself and Angelo.
