Brooklyn dream poppers Asobi Seksu have announced a UK tour in April with Austin rockers And You Will Know Us By The Trail Of Dead.

Here are the dates, which also features Rival Schools on the bill:

• Mon 18-Apr Birmingham O2 Academy 2

Asobi Seksu will also be appearing at SXSW 2011.

The tour follows on from the release of Asobi Seksu's forthcoming new album 'Fluorescence', which is out on Valentines Day next week through Polyvinyl in the UK/EU and the day after in the States.

'Fluorescence' will be available on CD, LP - a Gatefold Jacket limited edition 180 gram pink vinyl no less - and digital formats. The band's fourth album features the lead single, 'Trails', which is currently available as a free download. The album also features artwork from acclaimed designer Vaughan Oliver (Cocteau Twins, Pixies).
