We’re back today with the next single release via Homeboy Sandman in the form of track ‘No Beef’. The clue’s in the title on this one, so we’re going to let him do the talking.

“It’s all in The China Study you should read that. I’m not saying every body is the same. I’m just saying my doctor straight lied to me.

“Now that’s true, that’s why I never have no beef.”

The track sits amidst strong opinion, and he also has a lot of fun doing it! Some classic wordplay, and with Aesop Rock on the beat pulls the song together perfectly.
