SSION hinted at a much anticipated return at the end of 2017 with the release of a new single, "Comeback", and the phenomenally over the top accompanying video, premiered on The FADER. Today, Cody Critcheloe, the multi-media mastermind behind SSION's music and videos, again teases his third full length studio album O, with the release of his new single, "At Least The Sky Is Blue" featuring Ariel Pink - listen here .  As with all SSION singles, the new track will receive the visual treatment, coming in early March with a cameo from Ariel Pink. 

Kicking off the Spring season, SSION will join Beth Ditto on a 15-date tour across the US this March. The trek will kick off in Little Rock, Arkansas and will make its way across the country to the west coast, wrapping up in Seattle, Washington -full tour dates below. 

SSION is beloved by fellow creative minds and artists so it's no surprise he's gained a cult following in art/film/fashion/music circles for not only writing infectious pop songs that blur gender and genre but for the highly revered videos that Critcheloe self-directs. At the start of February, SSION headlined the Jeremy Scott and MAC Cosmetics after-party for NYFW and was featured in a 10-page spread in the Spring issue of Dazed & Confused.  Over the past few years, Critcheloe has remained busy by working on commissioned videos and lending his creative DIY aesthetic to other artists such as Robyn, Perfume Genius, Grizzly Bear, Kylie Minogue, Santigold and more. 

2018 will mark a decade for Critcheloe releasing music as SSION and his heavily anticipated return - stay tuned for more news!
