Cheryl Cole has insisted there is no rift between Nadine Coyle and the rest of Girls Aloud and that the band will reform in the future.

Speaking to ‘Metro’ on October 21, Cole said: “She’s just got a different life. She has done for four years."

“It must be frustrating for her as well. She hasn’t released a song or an album yet and there is a lot she wants to do on her own.”

Cole added that Coyle is rarely seen with her bandmates due to distance rather than hostility.

She said: “We haven’t been seen together but she lives in LA so it would be pretty hard to. I see the others on a daily basis so for us it’s not weird.”
