At the time of writing, the track - which is due out on World Sleep Day (March 19th) - has been featured in a viral video that has been viewed over 1.7 million times on Facebook.

Marco Palos – famed for fronting the 9-piece “little-big band” Phat Cat Swinger, which frequently performs for Disney – is launching his solo career with self-penned single A Place We Don’t Know. The track, which has been heavily influenced by the likes of Coldplay, The Beatles, and Electric Light Orchestra (ELO), comes ahead of Marco’s debut album (due Summer 2021).

A Place We Don’t Know is inspired by a dream Marco had last summer, in which he stepped into an alternate universe (hence the release on World Sleep Day). He awoke with a sense of freedom to embark on a musical journey separate from the path that has brought him recognition to date and a desire to capture the essence of this alternate reality.
