The new single comes after the roaring "Summer We Never Had", settling on a calm melancholic ballad with ukulele backed soft vocals, an echo of the 1st ever debut release "Help".

The song is being promoted alongside other recently released singles of similar but different genres in order to grow a wide and adaptive following within the gen-z indie crowd. "Dontsaveme" is a dreamy rumination of a kid shutting oneself at home, afraid of what is happening outside with the pandemic and recent Anti-Asian hate crimes.

A music video is in the works, scheduled after other music videos of previous songs, with one for the single "Help" recently releasing in June.
