Following the release of his highly praised EP ‘The Lost Persons Meeting Point’ earlier this year, Alex Ohm is back with a rousing, summer anthem titled 'JOY'.

The song was recorded at the RML Studios, Wolverhampton and features Alex’s band members Ste Ashford (Guitar), Hannah Maiden (Bass) and Producer, Ryan Pinson on drums. 'JOY' was a sort of impromptu track. They usually rehearse the tracks prior to recording, because of the restrictions they weren’t allowed to rehearse so they had to demo it remotely and then take it straight into the studio. It didn’t phase them though.

Alex Ohm’s alternative, cinematic symphonies reflect the wide range of influences that inspire his work and come together to create his band's unique sound. Midlands based songsmith, Ohm has become a renowned name on the local music scene and beginning to make a name for himself far and wide. With several sold out shows already under his belt, Alex has also opened shows for the likes of Ian Brown, The Charlatans, Ocean Colour Scene and Peter Doherty to name a few as well as touring worldwide.
