Following on from the release of a preview clip of her collaboration with Calvin Harris, Gwen Stefani has now aired her new solo single ‘Baby Don’t Lie’.

‘Baby Don’t Lie’ is Stefani’s first lone single release since 2008’s ‘Early Winter’ which was taken from her ‘Sweet Escape’ album.

The 'Hollaback Girl' star has also shared the single's official artwork on her Instagram account (see image left). 

As well as establishing her comeback as a solo artist, 45-year-old Stefani is also currently working as a coach on The Voice USA and has just released a new line of Pop Electric fragrances.

She also spent time in 2012 reuniting with No Doubt when the band released an album - ‘Push and Shove’ -  as well as the singles ‘Settle Down’ and ‘Looking Hot’. 

Written by Gwen and Ryan Tedder, ‘Baby Don’t Lie’ will be released tomorrow (October 19) and the video is to be directed by Sophie Muller who previously worked on a number of No Doubt clips.
