J. Anomaly's song "Fo' Sho," released all the way back in 2019, has been given a breath of fresh life thanks to the new promotion tools at the disposal of Elm to Ivy Records! Currently sitting at a Popularity Score of 32, the melodic love song is now a member of an elite group on the platform. What significance does this truly hold? A Popularity Score of 30 or more is the golden Spotify standard for songs worthy of intense Spotify algorithmic promotion, which "Fo' Sho" is now a prime candidate to receive (We're looking at you Discover Weekly)!

But wait... there's more! The tools that Elm to Ivy Records used to help "Fo' Sho" reach a score of 30+ can now legitimately be labeled as strong enough to resurrect a nearly 4 year old song to the same level of popularity as a buzzing new, label-pushed single. Given that these tools were strong enough to accomplish this difficult task, Elm to Ivy's push of the upcoming singles it has in store should be a breeze.

Why? Songs that achieve a popularity score of 20 or more within the first few weeks of release are then pushed by Spotify's Release Radar Algorithmic playlist, making the climb to 30 even easier. "Fo' Sho" was not the beneficiary of such a Release Radar push, and was still able to eventually reach the 30 mark after our new promotion tools cut out any dead weight that may have been hiding behind its streams and listener-to-save ratio.

Since these upcoming singles are going to be given a HUGE surge and protected from dead weight from the jump, we are anticipating them to rival the streaming success of "Fo' Sho" within fractions of the time. This is huge for the label's chances of cultural impact as well as its financial prospects!

With such great prospects for the future, the almost 4-years-old "Fo' Sho" landing on Discover Weekly would only be icing on the cake. Though there have been claims of songs up to 5-years-old getting Discover Weekly love, the many, many legitimate shots Elm to Ivy will likely have at Discover Weekly down the line make missing with "Fo' Sho" insignificant.

While you wait for the release of new music, you can help Elm to Ivy Records grow by continuing to stream from J. Anomaly's current catalog on Spotify! Though "Fo' Sho" is his top song at the moment, have you also taken the time to check out his concept album A Moment Lost to Find Blue?
