Justin Bieber led his fans through his hit song 'Boyfriend' after a power cut at his gig in New York last night (June 18).

The teen star was performing at the Apollo Theater when some of the venue's power seemingly blew near the end of his set.

Bieber revealed the news via Twitter in a series of messages, tweeting: "Me and @ludacris blew up the power at the @ApolloTheater. Haha. Epic. #beastmode."

He continued: "A night none of us will ever forget!! That is how u end an #AllAroundTheWorld run!!! With no power for the last song...my fans sang it 4 me!"

The Canadian later thanked his fans and praised their gusto, saying: "What I saw tonight! My fans! My Beliebers! They stepped up for me! I love u! I will never forget 2nite! That was the way a show should end.."
