'Kiss and Tell' pop star Ke$ha made a slight detour from her scheduled route on Sunday, August 7 and stopped off at a hospital to seek treatment for a member of her tour's crew.

The singer's tour bus parked up at the University of Miami hospital and waited until the person was treated before continuing to that night's show at Bayfront Park, Miami. 

A spokesperson for Ke$ha told TMZ.com, "A member of Ke$ha's band sustained a minor injury, was treated, released and (is now) feeling great", but a tweet from a member of her live band gives a different account of what happened. Jenn Stone explained:

"Injury? More like a fight broke out. If anyone talks shit about our dancers, @keshasuxx and her security will throw punches."
