Mel B has admitted that she often makes her daughters have ‘dance-offs’ to songs by the Spice Girls.

The original Scary Spice, who has three daughters, Phoenix, Angel and Madison, and step-daughter Giselle to her husband Stephan Belafonte, has revealed that she likes to dance with the girls to famous Spice Girls tracks. Talking to OK! magazine, Mel B stated: "I don't know [their favorite Spice Girls song], I've never asked them. Sometimes they put on the songs and we have little dance-offs!"

The 37-year-old singer is currently a judge on the Australian X-Factor and admits that she has to juggle spending time with her daughters due to the show’s schedule: "You just have to go with it week by week. But in Australia I can take my kids to work with me. There's a crèche on set at X-Factor Australia and my kids love the chaos backstage. They love coming out to the audience and saying hi in the ad breaks. It's completely fun for them and I get to be with them."

The Australian X-Factor is down to its final five singers, whilst the ‘Spice Girls Greatest Hits’ is out now.
