Sam Smith has admitted his difficulty in staying away from unhealthy food.

Over the last year, the singer has reduced his weight by stones as a result of improving his diet.

However, the Brit told The Sun that he finds it hard to stay focused on maintaining his new-found slim figure.

Smith said: "I thought there was going to be this magic remedy where you lose weight and be skinny for ever. But you have to work.

"It's a struggle every day and there are McDonald's everywhere. Every time I see one I want to munch down on a McMuffin."

The singer meanwhile today (September 25) released the new James Bond theme 'Writing's On The Wall'.

It will feature in the spy movie Spectre, which is hitting screens from October 26.
