Adele reveals her favourite break-up songs: 'I embrace being heartbroken'

Songstress Adele is known for penning emotional tracks about the end of relationships, but she has revealed her favourite break-up tracks written by other people in a new interview.

Speaking to People magazine, she talked about how she handles a break-up: "I mope around for a little while. I do embrace the fact that I'm heartbroken. I don't move on quickly. I don't know if that's because it seems that I'm only really creative when I'm a bit momentarily depressed."

She then ran through a list of her ultimate break-up songs and told the publication that 'I Can't Make You Love Me' by Bonnie Raitt, 'After the Storm' by Mumford & Sons, and 'Cosmic Love' by Florence + the Machine are some of her top picks.

Her other choices were 'This Year's Love' by David Gray, 'Not Like the Movies' by Katy Perry, and 'All I Could Do Was Cry' by Etta James.
