Pendulum in danger of burning out

Pendulum have admitted they're "in danger of working too hard" and will try to take a break after the festival season in order to stop themselves from burning out.

The drum and bass act have been hard at it for the past few years and have a fourth record due out in 2012, but explained to the Daily Star that they work too much:

"We need to force ourselves to take a break. We want to enjoy the festivals but we’re in danger of working too hard.”

The band will perform at this year's Global Gathering festival and bassist Gareth McGrillen revealed that they are taking their time with the next album despite their crazy schedule:

"We don’t want to force the album so I’d say expect it next year. Drum and bass is our last constraint and we’re working to go past it. We’re going to ignore the tempo and work in different time ranges."
