Dr. Conrad Murray: 'Michael Jackson should have been more forthcoming and honest'

Dr. Conrad Murray, the physician of the late Michael Jackson, has spoken out about the recent trial and events that led to the King of Pop's death in a new interview that was filmed just before he was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter.

Speaking to NBC's Today show in a segment that was aired yesterday, November 10, Murray revealed that he had no idea about Jackson's dependency on or addiction to propofol and he only wished he had been more "forthcoming and honest":

"I would hate to put blame on Michael as an individual. I only wish maybe in our dealings with each other he would have been more forthcoming and honest, to tell me these things about himself."

"[I] did not have a clue," he admitted about the 'Thriller' superstar's addiction to the anesthetic. "I met Michael with propofol. This was not something I introduced to Michael."
