Boyband One Direction have given fans an early Christmas present in the form of an acoustic version of their forthcoming new single 'One Thing'. 

The group recently filmed the video for this new offering in and around central London with the help of their devoted followers, but have now unveiled a clip of themselves in the studio performing a stripped back rendition of their upcoming release. 

They performed the track live for the first time on Sunday, December 4 at Capital FM's Jingle Bell Ball and will embark upon their first U.S. tour next year in support of Big Time Rush.
