Money won't change Niall Horan, says brother

One Direction star Niall Horan won't change because of money, according to his brother.

The boyband are currently raking in millions of pounds through record sales, tours and merchandise.

Recent reports meanwhile suggested that the group could earn $270m for their 2014 Where We Are world stadium tour - and it's even been reported that One Direction could make $1bn in total next year.

Speaking to the Irish Sun, brother Greg Horan said however that Niall will remain grounded no matter what the size of his bank account may be. He said:

“I think he will cope well whatever happens. Niall doesn’t spend that much money or talk about money, it’s not a big thing in his life.

"Obviously it’s amazing if the band go on to make a billion in a year and I for one hope they do - but it will not change Niall, I know that much.”

One Direction meanwhile are currently in the States on their Take Me Home tour, with their next show taking place tonight (August 7) in Los Angeles.
