Cheeky singer Olly Murs has admitted that finding a girl his family likes is high on his checklist of things to look for in a potential partner.

Speaking to the Daily Star about love and relationships, the 'Troublemaker' star explained that it's important his lover can get along with his loved ones and he doubts he'll find that quality in the celebrity world:

"I want to find a girl who my family would like. You're not going to discover someone like that at a showbiz event. Everyone always talks about me being single."

“I genuinely want to meet the right person, everyone does. But I can't help worrying about never finding someone to settle down with, to have a future with and share this success with.”

Murs added that he wrote a song, entitled 'I Need You Now', about this issue because he felt that a lot of people could relate to the situation:

"So I channelled that into 'I Need You Now', the last song on my second album, which I made generic enough for any guy out there looking."
