Una Healy from The Saturdays has admitted to faking an illness during the early stages of her pregnancy to keep rumours from starting. 

In an exclusive new interview with Hello! magazine, she explained that to divert people's attention away from the fact that she was avoiding alcohol at Zara Phillips' wedding she feigned a case of tontilitis:

"I was quite nervous because I knew there'd be a few drinks going down and it would be noticed I wasn't touching alcohol. I had to lie and say I had tonsillitis, which was clearly untrue as I was chatting away. I felt awful about that."

"I was disappointed I couldn't have a few drinks and have fun with her (Phillips), because she knows that's what I'd normally be like."
