The Saturdays have revealed an exclusive clip from their reality TV show.

The British girl group debuted new series Chasing The Saturdays in the US on Sunday (January 20), which shows the band trying to break America.

To coincide with the launch of the show, the group released new single 'What About You' and its accompanying video, which sees The Saturdays indulge in some dance routines.

In an exclusive clip from Chasing The Saturdays which the group posted on their website, the quintet have given a behind the scenes look at what it was like for the girls to learn the moves. Their website post said:

"We know you guys all love our Sats dance routines, but have you ever wondered what it takes to learn them in the first place? To give you a taste of what happens behind closed doors, check out this exclusive clip from 'Chasing The Saturdays' where we learn the 'What About Us' routine for the first time. It wasn't easy - especially with some severe jet lag after landing in LA!"

The Saturdays meanwhile are due to release US EP Chasing The Saturdays on January 29.
