Simon Pursehouse steps up from Director of Music Services to Global Director of Music Services. In his new role, Pursehouse will focus on generating creative opportunities for Sentric’s network of writers - both traditionally signed and across their sub-publishing and 28-day userbase - whilst also committing more time to his executive-level duties as part of the senior management at Sentric - including business development and client servicing. Previously Head of Product Partnership & RightsApp, Sabine Douglas has been promoted to Head of Business Operations. Her new responsibilities include working across all divisions to implement new workflows and business processes aligned with Sentric’s commercial vision, developing strategic objectives across the business, and integrating new opportunities. She will continue to manage RightsApp and Sentric’s development team.
Sentric’s Finance Director Stuart Chandler has been appointed to the company’s Board of Directors. Elsewhere, the company’s Head of Rights Management, Phil Rose, has been appointed to the Board of the Music Publishers Association.
