Country-pop sensation Taylor Swift has revealed that she will be next week's live performer on X Factor USA.

The show's official Twitter page confirmed the exciting news last night by posting a message that read: "TAYLOR. SWIFT. Performs LIVE on #xfactor this week! Let's hope she doesn't write a song about @SimonCowell!"

The songstress is set to treat the audience and at-home viewers alike to a rendition of her new track 'State of Grace', which will be the first time it has been performed on television, during next week's results show on Thursday, November 15.

Swift's new record, entitled 'Red', dropped 10 places to No.15 during the midweek chart update but its final position will be confirmed this coming Sunday. Check out 'State of Grace', which features on her new album 'Red', here:
