Tulisa Contostavlos is reportedly set to sue former Spice Girls manager and X Factor employee Chris Herbert over her leaked sex tape.

As previously reported, Tulisa recently claimed victory in her court battle with former boyfriend Justin Edwards, who admitted leaking a sex tape of the pair online.

The Sun reports that X Factor judge Tulisa is now planning to sue Herbert over claims he was involved in selling the tape on the internet.

Court documents show that Tulisa's legal team feels Herbert "played a pivotal role in commercial exploitation of the film."

Herbet meanwhile has been axed from his role as a consultant on X Factor. A spokesperson for the TV show said:

"As a result of us becoming aware of the ongoing legal dispute between Tulisa and Mr Herbert, we have decided it is in everyone's interest for him to not be involved in the forthcoming series."
