R&B sensation Usher has praised teen sensation Justin Bieber after getting a sneak preview of his brand new album 'Believe' and revealed he has the "hidden sauce".

Speaking to MTV News about his talented protégé, Usher explained that the 18-year-old Canadian hitmaker has pulled out all the stops for his new record and his experience is beginning to really manifest itself in his sound:

"I think that as he grows, so will his musical experience. I think that his writing is really great and that is the one element that I felt was kind of like the hidden secret, the hidden sauce."

"The fact that he has been significantly involved in who he is as an artist which is what you want. You don’t want just a product of something, somebody find a record for you and it just goes.He literally is writing his own music and that’s cool."

Meanwhile, Bieber has treated his 23.3 million Twitter followers to an exclusive behind-the-scenes video of his dance rehearsals for 'Believe'.
