Victoria Beckham let her Twitter followers in on an exclusive, and rather unusual, photograph from her baby shower that took place on May 7. 

The picture shows the very pregnant Mrs. Beckham, who is expecting a baby girl, wearing some kind of makeshift outfit fashioned from toilet roll and stood with three friends. Tweeting before the event, she expressed her anxiety at the imposed dress code:

"I have been told to wear something waterproof for my baby shower!!!!I'm now very nervous!!!!x vb"
