Camila Cabello joins artists in standing up against Trump's DACA ban

Camila Cabello has joined many artists who have voiced their oppositiion to Trump administration's plans to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) programme.

DACA had permitted children who had travelled to America without official documents the chance to study and work in the States without being deported.

Cabello was born in America but her parents are both Cuban. 

She appears in a protest song with other musicians (see below) and has also tweeted her support yesterday (September 5):

"Trumps plan to Deport DREAMERS is cruel and we WILL resist... Please stand up text RESIST to 50409 #IStandWithDreamers"
