The Folk/Blues/Country blend found in the debut EP from the innovative pair includes shades of early Bob Dylan, David Grey, Robert Johnson and Joni Mitchell. Songwriters Willy Mason and Evan Dando are also evident, as well as more contemporary influences such as Edward Sharpe and the Magnetic Zeros, The Felice Brothers and Old Crow Medicine Show. A Different Thread host the release party for ‘Home From Home’ in a secret location in Bristol on 8th of April for crowd-funders and VIP’s ahead of the EP’s official release on 15th April 2017.
