Lawson have confirmed that they have completed recording their next album.

The group have been busy for a number of months creating the follow-up to 2012's 'Chapman Square'.

Speaking on Twitter at the weekend, the Brits revealed that the recording process is now over.

They wrote: "Listening back to the two final tracks. The album is finished. Saved the best till last."

Lawson meanwhile will tour the UK later this month.

The run will open at Gorilla in Manchester on March 30.

Lawson will then head to London's Scala a day later before rounding off the tour at the Garage in Glasgow on April 1.
