Last night saw the return of the annual Glamour Women of the Year Awards ceremony, which was held in London at Berkeley Square Gardens, and Little Mix were presented with a prize by vocal powerhouse Adam Lambert. 

The 'Salute' beauties won the coveted Band of the Year gong and the 'Trespassing' hitmaker was there to congratulate them.

He shared a photograph of them posing together on the red carpet and captioned the snapshot with: "With @LittleMix after presenting them for their Girl Band of the year award for @GlamourMagUK Such sweethearts."

The Little Mix ladies then followed suit and uploaded a picture to their group's Instagram account, which they accompanied with a sentence to express their excitement at having met the star: "Us with Adam Lambert, who gave us our Glamour award :) #fangirling #glamourawards Perrie <3"

Songstress Jade Thirlwall tweeted a message of thanks to Glamour magazine this afternoon (June 4) for the award and wrote: "Thank you so much @GlamourMagUK & Jo Elvin for our #GlamourAward #BestBand such an honour & milestone in our career xxjadexx."
