My Chemical Romance to release greatest hits album

'Teenagers' rockers My Chemical Romance are set to unveil a greatest hits collection in a couple of months, it has been confirmed.

The stars will release 'May Death Never Stop You' on March 24 and the collection will also include the previously unheard track, 'Fake Your Death'.

Following the exciting announcement, the band issued a statement on the news and explained that they're proud to release the record, but it's also a little melancholy because of the promise of the aforementioned unreleased song:

"The title is fitting, because as sad as it was to say goodbye to the band, we look at this collection as a celebration of our best songs, and hope the memory of them continues to bring joy to you all as they have for us. We hope you take the journey with us into MCR's past, and enjoy the small taste of what might have been."
