One Direction have released a series of behind the scenes photos from their new music video.

The group unveiled the promo clip for their current single 'Drag Me Down' today (August 21).

The band are seen being put through their paces Johnson Space Center, Houston as they prepare to launch into space.

A number of pictures from the shoot have been unveiled and they see One Direction strut their stuff in front of the camera.

One Direction meanwhile are expected to release their fifth album later this year.

It will follow-up the boyband's 2014 effort 'FOUR'.
