Internationally renowned boyband One Direction will return to the show that launched them into superstardom this coming weekend. 

The heartthrobs were formed on 'The X Factor' back in 2010 and they will return to the programme on Sunday night for a special appearance. 'X Factor' is on ITV at 8pm on Saturday night followed by the live results show on Sunday at the same time.

Next week, meanwhile, 1D will take over Los Angeles as they will be on Good Morning America’s '40 for 40' live stream event on November 17, and the band will also perform 'Perfect' live for the first time in the USA. On Wednesday, November 18 they will perform on The Ellen DeGeneres Show, followed by a Hollywood Boulevard takeover for a special performance on Jimmy Kimmel Live.
