One Direction aiming for personal improvement during their hiatus

Boyband One Direction have revealed that they're all aiming to make significant personal improvements during their forthcoming hiatus.

Member Liam Payne told People magazine that he wants to stop smoking because it's time to get serious about his health: "I'm going to try and give up smoking, which is hard, but I do want to... I want to. It's about time. Need to grow up now."

Heartthrob Niall Horan went onto add that he wants to work on his fitness:

"I'm going to train, succeed in the gym this year (16). I always do it when I'm on tour and then when I get home, I'm crap. Yeah, I would like to succeed properly and get the job done."

Singer Louis Tomlinson, who is expecting a baby in the New Year, was asked about making resolutions for 2016 and admitted that it's not worth it because he never honours them: "I never stick to mine, so I'm out!"

Meanwhile, Harry Styles claimed that it's too early for that yet. With less than a month to go, not everyone might agree, Harry.
