Earlier today, a story spread suggesting that One Direction's Niall Horan had been admitted to hospital after fainting during rehearsals, but the heartthrob has now clarified the report.

Writing on his official Twitter page this afternoon (January 10), the 'Little Things' singer explained that he's fine and can't believe people are always starting such dramatic rumours about him:

"I'm not in hospital ! Where do these rumours start! Please don't believe any of the rumours u here."

He also confirmed that rehearsals for their upcoming Take Me Home tour are going well, adding: "Rehearsals goin really well for tour! Settin down vocals and harmonies at the moment! #TMHtour."

Member Zayn Malik has also been active on his Twitter page today and shared a very close up photograph of bandmate Harry Styles sleeping (shown below), which he accompanied with the caption: "Harry wake up !! :D"
