Robin Thicke hints at Miley Cyrus collaboration

Robin Thicke has suggested that his next superstar team-up could be with Miley Cyrus.

The suave US star has shot to fame over the past few months after his Pharrell Williams and T.I. collaboration 'Blurred Lines' rocketed up charts worldwide.

Speaking to E!, the singer revealed that Cyrus could be the next musician to receive the Thicke treatment. When asked if there will be a duet, he said:

"There might be, there might be. Pharrell was working with Miley when Pharrell and I made ‘Blurred Lines'. He was just finishing up with her when we started recording together."

Thicke meanwhile had a lot of praise for collaborator Pharrell, adding:

"He's been one of the great songwriters and producers of our generation. For him, to him, this resurgence, and for him and I to have this success together, we keep kind of laughing saying, 'Man, this is so great we get to have this together'."

The singer's new record 'Blurred Lines' meanwhile hit the top spot in the UK albums chart on Sunday (July 21), beating off competition from Jay-Z.
