Sam Smith hosts Twitter Q&A: 'The past year has been overwhelmingly life changing'

British singer-songwriter Sam Smith sat down for a special Twitter Q&A with iTunes Music earlier this afternoon (October 14) and opened up about his career, his favourite food, and unreleased songs.

The first question posed to the 'Stay With Me' singer was by a Twitter user who wanted to know how the last 12 months have been for him given his phenomenal rise to fame: "It is hard to find words to explain, but I would say OVERWHELMINGLY life-changing."

Someone then asked what fact about himself would most surprise fans and he explained that his belief in the supernatural and paranormal usually catches people off guard: "I believe in ghosts."

Another follower wanted to know his favourite movie, favourite song and favourite food, to which he replied: "'Four Weddings and a Funeral'. 'Say You Love Me' by Jessie Ware, and fish and chips."

He also spoke about his song 'Skies Of Rain' and confessed that he really likes it so maybe it'll be released on a special record in the future: "I love that song so, so much... who knows. Possibly one day on a 'songs that didn't make it' album."
