Adam Lambert has heaped praise on Maleficent.

The film, which stars Angelina Jolie, was recently released in the UK and it seems the 'Trespassing' singer has been getting in on the action.

He tweeted on Sunday (June 1): "Ooooh Maleficent was wild! Visual Masterpiece."

The flick is the 'untold story of Disney's most iconic villain from the 1959 classic Sleeping Beauty' and a picture of Jolie from the movie can be seen below.

Lambert meanwhile is currently in the UK as he continues to rehearse with veteran rockers Queen.

The band will tour North America, Asia and Australia this year and tickets for the dates have been selling extremely well.

The first date of the group's tour will take place in Chicago on June 19.
