Adam Lambert in newly released annual pre-Grammy party photo

On the eve of music's biggest night - The Grammy Awards - Sony Music's chief creative officer for the 42nd year running, Clive Davis, gathered some of the biggest names in music, including Adam Lambert, for his annual pre-Grammy gala.

The party was held in Los Angeles and featured performances by Beck (with Dave Grohl and Krist Novoselic), Barry Manilow, Tori Kelly, Elle King, Fetty Wap and Carly Simon.

"Parties aren't supposed to be fun, right?" Jack Antonoff, the lead singer of the Bleachers said, as he stared in awe at the music giants who had attended the Beverly Hilton for the special event.

Lambert took to the stage during the bash to pay tribute to the late British legend David Bowie. Along with Jack Antonoff, he performed a cover of Bowie's 1983 track, 'Let's Dance'.

The star also did a spot of Karaoke with pop star Rita Ora, who was at the pre-Grammy party as well. The duo were filmed singing Beyoncé's 'Love On Top'.
