Dutch producer Wiwek has announced his new Drum Nation EP dropping July 21st on OWSLA. Drum Nation represents the most focused vision of Wiwek's pioneering "jungle terror" genre, offering a blend of Dutch house, Indian-inspired rhythms, tribal drums, exotic bird calls and more made with an expansive, one-of-a-kind library of sounds that he's been building for years. Wiwek also brings Atlanta production trio WatchTheDuck, Los Angeles rapper Finess, jungle pioneers Ragga Twins, and Chinese producer/singer/instrumentalist Chace into the mix to complete the EP's vibe of forward-thinking music. The EP's five tracks are the most coherent statement of the jungle terror sound that brought Wiwek into the spotlight, the sound that earned him respect from peers and fans alike as one of the most unique producers today.
