Kasabian have confirmed plans to play a series of UK and Ireland shows later this year.

The indie group, who headlined the Glastonbury Festival on Sunday (June 29), will play sixteen gigs in November and December.

They will open the run at Glasgow's Hydro on November 19 before playing a number of arenas around the country.

Kasabian, who released their latest album '48:13' in early June, will also play a five-night residency at London's Brixton Academy.

Tickets for the shows will go on sale from 9.30am UK time on July 4. The full schedule is as follows:
