Leona Lewis confirmed as guest judge for The X Factor
It has been confirmed that 'Bleeding Love' sensation Leona Lewis will join 'The X Factor' panel as a guest judge during the upcoming auditions round in England's capital city.
The vocal superstar, who rose to fame after winning the 2006 series of the popular televised talent contest, is set to take over from Geri Halliwell and will join regular judges Gary Barlow, Tulisa Contostavlos and Louis Walsh at auditions in London starting tomorrow (May 26).
The X Factor's official Twitter page posted the news out to its 970,000 followers earlier today: "NEWS: Tomorrow's Guest Judge will be... Leona Lewis!"
She recently took part in the Swedish version of The X Factor, where she also filled the role of guest judge, and tweeted on May 24 about her short-lived but enjoyable time on the programme:
"Had so much fun being a guest mentor on @XFactorSverige. The show's gonna be great, Swedish talent is amazing!"
