Soul singer Kwabs, full name Kwabena Sarkodee Adjepong, has been confirmed as Sam Smith's official support act for his upcoming March UK and European headlining tour. 

The 'Walk' rising star announced the amazing news in a statement this afternoon (February 23), which read: "I just got the amazing news that I'll be supporting Sam Smith this year on his UK and European tour. There are few artists I'd be happier to be sharing the stage with right now. Thanks for the invite Sam! Looking forward to meeting some of you soon.”

His long-awaited debut album, 'Love + War', is due for release on May 18 through Atlantic Records and he will kick off the jaunt with 'Stay With Me' sensation Smith on March 1 at Forest National in Brussels, Belgium. 

Kwabs will also be hitting the road for his very own headlining tour, which is due to launch on April 21 at the Komedia in Brighton. He will also perform in Bristol, Birmingham and Manchester, and tickets are on sale now.
