21-year-old Ty Jones (pictured left) looks very much like singer-songwriter Ed Sheeran and has confessed that the physical similarities are playing havoc with his romantic life. 

The youngster spoke to Britain's Daily Mail and explained that he can't tell if girls like him for who he is or if they're attracted to him because he looks like a superstar:

“It’s made my relationships worse I’d say because now I have to weigh up if they like me for me or are they just interested in me because I’m the next best thing to Ed if they really like him.”

Jones, who is from Manchester, added that people often approach him on the street and even that can be a little too much: “When girls ask me for pictures in the streets, it’s annoyed some of my girlfriends in the past and caused problems… I don’t like being horrible to people and deny them a picture if they want one.”
