LMFAO have managed to cling on to their number 1 position in the midweek chart update today, April 20, with 'Party Rock Anthem' despite having tough competition. 

The electro-dance outfit are still at the top spot but have a challenge ahead of them because Wretch 32 has shot in at number 2 with his track 'Unorthodox', which also features Example. The Official Charts Company revealed that it's going to be a close call:

"The two singles are way ahead of the rest of the field, but separated by just over 1,000 sales after three days business has been counted."

Tracy Chapman's 'Fast Car' is another new entry at number 4 and Bruno Mars has made an appearance at 30 with 'The Lazy Song', the single for which he released the video last week. Watch LMFAO's 'how to' shuffle video here:
