Little Mix reveal their nerves at meeting Simon Cowell

Little Mix have admitted that meeting Simon Cowell recently was like being called in to the headmaster's office.

The girl group won last year's X Factor and their debut single 'Cannonball' went straight to No.1.

Now they're working towards their next release and speaking to the Daily Star, Jesy Nelson said that a recent meeting with boss Simon Cowell was nerve wracking. She said:

"We had a meeting with Simon three weeks ago so he could listen to the track, and it was like sitting in the headmaster's office. We were so nervous before going in, it was surreal."

Jade Thirlwall added that Cowell wants Little Mix to be as big as One Direction. She said: "He really liked it. He's happy with the progress we've made in such a short time and just wants us to be as successful as One Direction. The album's going to be so different. No-one's expecting what it sounds like."
