A number of music stars have given their support to Tom Daley after he revealed he is in a gay relationship.

The Olympic diver confirmed this morning (December 2) in a video that he has been going out with man for a number of months.

The sports star said: "In spring this year my life changed massively when I met someone, and they make me feel so happy, so safe and everything just feels great. That someone is a guy."

Daley has been praised by many for proudly revealing the relationship, with Boy George tweeting:

"Good for you @TomDaley1994 and let that be the end of it!"

The Wanted's Siva Kaneswaran meanwhile said: "Fair play mate. Very happy for ya :)."

Former X Factor star Lucy Spraggan commented: 

"Insane amount of love for @TomDaley1994 today, the only man I've ever googled imaged to admire the beauty of!"

Daley added in his video that he is still attracted to women, but said his current relationship just feels "right".
