Mel C says she is careful not to get addicted to injections of Botox.

The singer has admitted in the past that she has undergone the treatment to reduce wrinkles.

However, she told Bang Showbiz that she is aware of the addictive nature of the injections and won't take it too extremes.

The Spice Girl said: "It depends, every couple of months, I only have a little bit, I don't want to get addicted. Surgery is going too far, you see so many people who can't see properly anymore. Not too much, just a little bit here and there."

Mel C meanwhile recently made a cameo in Little Mix's 'Word Up!' video as the girl group hit the gym for Sport Relief.
